Pavlova

Look! It's my first attempt at making a pavlova! As far as I can tell, a pavlova is just a giant meringue. Whipped egg whites and sugar, oh my!

I think I overbaked it slightly, as it was quite dry outside and had started to brown, but the inside was still nice and marshmellow-y.

I made a strawberry sauce to go with it...
